Since people liked the crayon kecleon picture, I decided to grap my color pencils and do some more traditional art. I decided to draw fully evolved Johto starters to celebrate the announcement of Heart Gold and Soul Silver, the remakes of Gold and Silver.

I like these starters but unfortunately, sometimes I seem to forget about them... Especially poor feraligatr. He's the starter I always forget.

About the picture itself... Now I understand those people who complain how their scanner kills the colors. Then I screwed typhlosion's hands but otherwise, I like this. Everything here is hand made except the black frame.

And what? Oh, what I think about the new games (if someone actually cares)? Well, considering how I said G&S were my most favourite pkmn games ever... And the fact that it seems your starter (and hopefully other pokemon) will follow you like pikachu did in yellow (I've wanted them to do that since yellow)... I'm pretty excited. I'm just afraid it won't be as amazing as it was back then when I was ten and I really hope HG&SS are compatible with Diamond & Pearl. But yeah, I think I'll resurrect my good old Gold.
